By law a Domestic Gas Safe Certificate (CP12) or a Commercial Gas Safe Certificate (CP17) needs to be produced annually and if the property has been continuously rented, a new Gas Safety Inspection needs to be carried out between the 10th and 12th month from the date of the previous gas certificate. It’s important to provide the previous gas check date, to ensure we can carry-out the new gas inspection before the previous one expires.
